About

PF1e Campaigner

A complete digital toolkit for Pathfinder 1st Edition tables. Built from the rules engine up so every derived stat — AC, attacks, saves, skills, pools — recomputes locally on every keystroke. No reload, no guessing whether the bonus stacks.

What it is

PF1E Campaigner pulls character sheets, campaign management, party tools, and a realtime-synced combat tracker into a single web app. Sign in once and you have everything you need to play, GM, or both — on any device with a browser. Autosave is on for everything; you don't need to remember to save. It also installs to your phone or desktop as an app and rides out connection drops — edits queue locally and sync the moment you're back online.

The rules engine is the heart of it. Feats, spells, archetypes, racial traits, magic items, buffs, and conditions all funnel into a single derived-stat pipeline so the numbers on your sheet are always correct relative to the rules. When a number looks wrong, the Saves tab's breakdown ledger tells you exactly which line is responsible.

For players

Full chargen wizard
Every PF1E race, class, and archetype the catalog ships, grouped by source book. Point-buy with a live racial-bonus delta on each ability card, archetype picker, and a roll-or-take-max starting gold widget. On Pro, the AI generator turns a one-line brief ("a 9th-level tank") into a complete, rules-legal build you review before saving.
Feat planning, solved
Every feat in the picker shows whether you're ready to take it, what's blocking it, and what it unlocks next. The chain planner lays out a multi-feat tree as an ordered take list — each step tagged with the ability or BAB gate you still need — and the Saves breakdown hints at which feats could raise a number.
In-play sheet
A grouped tab layout covering identity, combat, resources, spells, inventory, skills, saves, and companions. Buffs and conditions toggle from a central panel; the engine recomputes downstream the moment you flip a chip.
Live combat seat
When the GM signals combat, your seated character is pre-filled on the Join card — you only enter your initiative roll. Edit your own row and defer initiative by lowering it yourself. No more pinging the GM to mark damage.
Searchable rulebooks
Full text for every feat, spell, item, and monster in the catalog — virtualised tables, source-book filters, click-through detail pages. Star items as favourites so your shopping list follows you across characters.
Cover for absent players
Can't get everyone together? Hand a teammate control of your character with one click — no exporting or working off paper. They play your character from a switcher alongside their own (and any others they're covering), full sheet and live combat, all saving to your real character. Take control back anytime.

For GMs

Unified campaign view
Every campaign-level setting (members, lock state, map upload, source-book toggle, custom traits) lives on a single tab strip. Player names surface next to each character on the Party roster so you know who's who at a glance.
Pre-built encounters
Build encounters before session from the bestiary or hand-rolled custom rows. At the table, load to the staging area and activate combatants into initiative one at a time. Saving re-rolls initiative for every combatant — the order stays fresh.
Realtime sync
HP changes, condition flips, treasure claims, image publishes, and shared note edits broadcast to every open tab in a heartbeat. Built on Supabase Realtime so it just works — no extra setup at your table.
Shared images + map
Upload a campaign map (renders as a subtle backdrop on every page inside the campaign). Stage images privately, then publish when you want the table to see them — handouts, scene art, and battle maps all flow through the same gallery.
Game-day scheduling
Players paint their availability on a shared calendar; you see the overlap heatmap and a best-date ranking, book the session, and the table RSVPs in-app. Confirmed sessions flow into any calendar app via a personal subscription feed.
AI homebrew assistant
Describe the feat, spell, item, archetype, resource pool, deity, race, or campaign trait you want — the assistant drafts it with engine-wired bonuses for you to review and save (Pro). Or paste an adventure-path section and it splits the text into separate, editable drafts. Structured manual builders cover the same ground when you'd rather author by hand.

Engine and content

Nineteen indexed source books across 5,609 pages — the Core Rulebook, Advanced Player's Guide, Ultimate Combat, Ultimate Magic, Ultimate Equipment, Ultimate Intrigue, Ultimate Campaign, Advanced Class Guide, Advanced Race Guide, Bestiary 1-6, Occult Adventures, Pathfinder Unchained, Champions of Purity, and Horror Adventures. Catalog totals:

  • 1,200+ feats across every indexed book
  • 1,800+ spells with per-class level lookups
  • 2,026 items mundane and magical
  • 240+ character traits with engine-wired bonuses
  • 1,790+ monsters with full stat blocks
  • 39 races with alternate trait swaps
  • 440 archetypes wired to the class progression engine

78.1% of catalog rows are engine-wired — bonuses cascade through derived stats automatically. The rest carry full rules text so you can read what they do and toggle situational effects from the Buffs & Conditions panel when they apply. Anything you author under Homebrew layers on top of the catalog and shows up on every picker.
